Lead Scanning (at Partner Exhibition and CIO AI Summit Exhibition)

Please note that this type of lead scanning does not apply to oral presentations (e.g., stages, round tables, etc.).

To be well prepared, please make sure to follow this checklist (only for lead scanning at your booth at the partner exhibition or the CIO AI Summit)

Before Bits & Pretzels:

• [ ] Personalize your ticket
• [ ] Join “Bits & Pretzels” App (you will receive an invite as soon as the ticket is personalised)
• [ ] Make sure everyone who needs to gather leads is listed as a Company Representative at your Company’s Virtual Booth

❗️Only Company Representatives can scan leads (subsequently added persons can still see all leads)

On site:

• [ ] Open App & Click on the QR code icon
• [ ] Scan the QR code of respective attendee (use QR Code in App or on Badge)
• [ ] Find this respective person in the People tab under Prospects

❗️You must allow Brella to take pictures and record videos on your mobile app permissions

❗️In case booths are present at both the Partner Exhibition and CIO AI Summit:

• [ ] When an attendee is scanning at the CIO AI Summit Booth, add ‘CIO’ to their note field

💡If the person you’re scanning is not on the app, you can still scan the QR Code from the Badge

💡You can take notes while scanning the respective person

💡Lead scanning is GDPR compliant

After Bits:

• [ ] All scanned contacts from your team will be stored in the sponsor panel (sponsor.brella.io)
• [ ] Scanned leads are saved as “outbound leads”, while “inbound leads” show attendees who scanned one of your representatives
• [ ] There are separate .csv exports available for each tab as well </aside>
