Your ticket will be sent to you directly from our ticket system Vivenu within a few weeks after your registration.
This ticket entitles you to entry for all three days (1st and 2nd Conference day at the ICM + 3rd Table Captain Networking day at Oktoberfest venue).

The ticket must be personalized by you after receiving the email from Vivenu.
Only afterwards, you will receive the event ticket which you need to check in.

It is not allowed to share or transfer your ticket. Each event ticket must be personalized and is valid for one and the same person only. If you cannot attend all three event days, it is NOT possible that your assistant / colleague / co-founder uses your ticket.

First, click “Display ticket” in the email you have received from Vivenu to open the ticket in your browser.
A new window in your browser will open. Please click on “Personalize” / “Personalisieren”.
You need to fill in all your details accordingly. And, lastly, click on “Submit” / “Abschicken”.
