01.1 | What is the Virtual Booth

Your virtual booth serves as the main contact point for event participants seeking more information about your company through our online platform.

Details provided in your virtual booth:

• Company details (name, logo, abstract, website)
• Company representatives (= event attendees linked to your company)
• Social Accounts & external links
• Downloads (such as .pdf files & images)

01.2 | How to manage your Virtual Booth

Admin Access (Sponsor Panel) for your Virtual Booth

You can manage the contents of your virtual booth via an admin access (Sponsor Panel):

1. Provide your admin email address to our team
2. Check your inbox for the invitation from our team
   1. Scroll down and click ‘access booth’ (in mail)
   2. You will be re-directetd to the Sponsor Panel
3. Create an account or login with your email address (see 1.)
4. You are in! Now go ahead and start setting up your virtual booth
