Side Events | Notion

Side Events are independently organized happenings that take place around the official Bits & Pretzels Festival – before, during or after the core program. They offer a great opportunity to connect in smaller settings, explore specific topics, host community meetups, or just get together with like-minded people in a more casual atmosphere.

Everyone attending Bits & Pretzels is welcome to participate in Side Events — and if you want to host your own, even better!

Want to host a Side Event?

If you want to organize a Side Event to contribute to Bits & Pretzels 2025, you are more than welcome to do so!

Please note the following information:

You will be responsible for the organization, location, guest list, and costs of the Side Event.
Our communication team will feature your Side Event on our Side Event website and include it in our newsletter (unless it’s fully private).
