Your ticket will be sent to you directly from our ticket system Vivenu within two weeks after your registration.
This ticket entitles you to entry for all three days (1st and 2nd Conference day at the ICM + 3rd Table Captain Networking day at Oktoberfest venue).

Transferability:
It is not allowed to share or transfer your ticket. Each event ticket must be personalized and is valid for the same person only. If you cannot attend all three event days, it is NOT possible for your assistant/colleague/co-founder to use your ticket.

You must personalize the ticket after receiving the email from Vivenu.
Only afterward, you will receive the event ticket that you need for check-in.

First, click “Display ticket” in the email you have received from Vivenu to open the ticket in your browser.
A new window in your browser will open. Please click on “Personalize” / “Personalisieren”.
You need to fill in all your details accordingly. And, lastly, click on “Submit” / “Abschicken”.
