We’re excited to welcome you to the Table Captain Networking – one of the signature formats of Bits & Pretzels. You’ll host a table and engage in two rounds of interactive, high-quality networking with up to seven hand-picked guests per round.

Below you’ll find all the key info to help you prepare and make the most of your experience.

👉 You don’t need to register separately – you’re already confirmed as a Table Captain.

🧠 What to Expect

• You will host a Table with up to 7 guests
• There are two rounds of networking. You remain at your table while guests rotate.
• Expect deep conversation, surprising insights, and lasting connections

This is where your impact begins – through personal exchange and shared ambition.

🥨 Your Table

• Each table will be filled with up to 7 guests.
• Two weeks before the event, Table Captain Voting goes live.
• Attendees with a Bits & Pretzels ticket can then book a seat at your table on a first-come, first-served basis.
• You’ll receive a personal link to access details about your guests before the event.

👞 Dress Code

Oktoberfest attire encouraged! Dirndl & Lederhose welcome – or come as you are (smart casual is totally fine).

🚋 Getting There

If you’re joining us for the Table Captain Breakfast, we will walk together to the Schottenhamel tent around 9:45 AM.

If you’re arriving separately, please come to the Schottenhamel tent entrance between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. Our team will welcome you and help you find your table.

We strongly recommend to use public transportation and not coming to the Oktoberfest by car.

The lines U4 and U5 take you from, for example, Odeonsplatz, Karlsplatz/Stachus or Hauptbahnhof directly to Theresienwiese in a few minutes. The U3 and U6 go from Odeonsplatz, Marienplatz or Sendlinger Tor, arriving in approx. 5 minutes at Goetheplatz. It is a 10 minute walk from both stations to the Schottenhamel tent.
