You will host a Table with up to seven guests. There are two rounds of (liquid) networking. While you stay at your Table, your guests will switch between Round 1 & 2.

You will receive the information about your Table two weeks prior to the event. On-site, the team will help you find your Table.
Up to seven attendees can join your Table.
Two weeks prior to the Conference the Table Captain Voting will go online. Everybody with a Bits & Pretzels Ticket will be able to book a seat at your Table. The booking works with first come, first served.
After the Voting, we will provide you with a link, where you can find all information about your Table guests.
From the Table Captain Breakfast, we will jointly walk to the Schottenhamel tent.
If you cannot attend the Table Captain Breakfast, please arrive at the Schottenhamel tent on your own between 10.00 and 10:30 am. At the entrance, our team will be awaiting you and help you find your Table.
