We would like to cordially invite you to our invite-only Bits & Pretzels VIP Dinners & Breakfast!
Together with our co-host, Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, we are excited to host this year's VIP Dinner at the Tonhalle in Munich. The evening promises high-level networking in an exceptional venue, accompanied by exquisite cuisine. Located in the vibrant "Werksviertel," the Tonhalle is also where our official Bits & Pretzels Afterparty will take place parallel, ensuring a memorable night of connections & celebration.

Traditionally, we host our second Speaker Dinner right at the heart of Oktoberfest – a place where millions come together to embrace Bavarian culture in its fullest glory. Amidst lively beer tents, traditional music, and vibrant festivities, we celebrate in an atmosphere of joy, fellowship, and high-level networking that only Oktoberfest can provide.
When: Monday, September 30, 7 pm Where: Gallery in „Schottenhamel Festhalle, Theresienwiese, Oktoberfest (private area, exclusively for Bits & Pretzels)

For a comfortable start to the day, we invite you to join our Table Captain Breakfast with all of our esteemed Table Captains. Enjoy a light breakfast in a traditional charming location at the Oktoberfest venue, which will serve as a delicious prelude to the upcoming networking hours!

All VIP Events are exclusively for our VIP Guests (Speaker, Table Captains & Leaders). Security will guard the entrance doors and only allow you to enter when you are included on our guest list. Please register via the form below and indicate which VIP events you plan to attend.
We ask you to refrain from passing the form on to colleagues and friends. We will double-check the guest list and anyone who is not invited as VIP Guest, will be excluded from the guest list.
